You must be at least 18 years old to register on Betse. Each person may hold only one account. Registering with false information will result in account termination.
Deposits start from as little as ৳20. KYC verification may be required for withdrawals. Processing times vary by method — Mobile Pay and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes.
Each bonus has its own wagering requirements. The bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before withdrawal is possible. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is not permitted.

Betse reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to submit a valid national ID or passport along with a selfie may result in large withdrawals being placed on hold. This is done for security and legal compliance purposes — not to work against users.
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Betse Support immediately. You are responsible for all transactions carried out through your account.
Betse will never ask for your password by email or phone. If anyone does, it's a scam — report it to Support immediately.
Betse reserves the right to decline any bet, particularly if it appears unusual or suspicious. Bets accepted in error due to a system fault may be voided, in which case the full stake will be refunded.
Odds may change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment apply — any subsequent changes will not affect your bet.
If a match is fully cancelled, your stake is generally refunded in full. If a match is played within the required timeframe after its scheduled start, bets remain valid — specific rules vary by sport. In parlay bets, a cancelled match is removed and the remaining selections are settled as usual.
During live betting, if your internet connection drops or scores change while a bet is being processed, the bet may be voided. Betse is not liable in such situations, as no funds are deducted until the bet is confirmed.
Funds deposited on Betse are for betting and gaming activities only. Deposits from third-party accounts or credit cards are not accepted — the name on the payment method must match the name on your Betse account.
Withdrawal timeframes vary by payment method. Betse aims to process withdrawals within 3 business days, though in most cases it happens much faster. Unusually large amounts or suspicious activity may require additional verification.
A monthly maintenance fee may apply to accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months. A warning email will be sent 30 days before any fee is charged.
Please note: Betse holds your funds in a separate bank account, so your money remains protected even if Betse experiences any operational issues.
Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements (typically 5x to 30x). For the Welcome Bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered a minimum number of times before any withdrawal can be made.
Betse reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings in cases of bonus abuse, multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or violation of terms.
